Katherine Hartman will be presenting on Equal Pay in the Workplace today at 4:30 at the Burlington County Courthouse. Ms. Hartman will be joining Janice G. Dubler and Mark Natale to address New Jersey’s recently enacted “Allen Amendment”, as well as providing historical context to state and Federal Equal Pay Laws. The program is sponsored by the Employment Law Section of the Burlington County Bar Association.
